The Golf CourseLocated in the foothills of Atascadero, this well-established and beautifully maintained course boasts the most comfortable and easy-going atmosphere of the three county courses. 
This hilly course has many oak trees lining its narrow fairways. The average-sized greens are severely undulating and a few of them feature greenside bunkers. The challenging fairways of this course have been a favorite of golfers in the county for many years. Heilmann Regional Park surrounds Chalk Mountain offering day use picnic facilities, tennis courts and a disc golf course. The Chalk Mountain Pro Shop is stocked with an impressive inventory of equipment and apparel, as well as rental clubs. The Pro Shop is staffed by PGA professionals who can set up appointments for golf lessons and help you meet all of your golfing needs. The Chalk Mountain Club House provides friendly counter service and a sumptuous breakfast, lunch or snack during a quick stop at the turn or a leisurely business engagement. Relax after the game on our scenic patio, with a beer or your favorite cocktail. Open daily to the public, this championship course is a challenge for every golfer. The course includes beautifully maintained greens, a driving range, and a practice putting green.
