In Cambria, Rachel Ray raved about Jade Pombrio's pecan-crusted halibut and Fermentations' gourmet goods, and limited-released wines made on the central coast. In San Luis Obispo, the delicious dishes of Buona Tavola are also getting a few minutes of fame, along with favorites from Big Sky Kitchen. So now, some of the central coast's best-kept meals are to become nationally-known eats. "This is just taking it to a whole new level, the Food Network is watched around the country and the world," said Gainer.
